Brad is so nice! The spaces that he carpet shampooed were originally high-traffic pet zones where people also track in garden dirt. The carpets he washed look new again!!! He was also incredibly responsive over Yelp, he masked in a KN95 because I asked (HOW COOL IS THAT?!?), and he charged way less than I was expecting! (But still enough to be a fair price. I don’t feel that he was cut rate whatsoever. But definitely worth every penny!)
As we rearrange furniture, I plan to hire him back to do more rooms. He’s just the best!.
